- Outdoor hot springs are only provided during the stay. Guests are prohibited to resell the tickts. (swimming cap are required)
- Extra guest fee: each additional person would be charged NT$1000 (including amenities, breakfast and hot spring). The standard guest number of each room is depending on its type, although usually it is not allowed, you may inform us when making a reservation.
- The reservation would be kept till 12:00 pm, We ask that you keep us informed in advance during your travels if your arrival time changes.

- For short-stay, 3 hours on weekday and 2 hours on weekend and holidays.
- Each room of the same grade would be decorated in different style and comply with the coordinative arrangement is required.
Notice
- For staying overnight, could get a 20% weekday discount, excluding holiday, and there is no surcharge on service charge.
- Saturday, summer vacation, winter vacation, holiday weekend and Chinese New Year holiday, the fare goes by the latest notification of Qing Quan.
- The fare is subject to change without prior notice, and it goes by the latest notification of Qing Quan.
- There is an elevator in the hotel.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited in indoor.
- Do not move any furniture and beds in the room and other outdoor furniture or facilities into the room without authorization. Otherwise, damages and cleaning fee, NT$1000, would be charged accordingly.
- In order to protect the rights of all guests, once other guests feel uncomfortable or disturbed that caused by one’s drink, gambling or any other disturbances after 11 at night in hotel, we will not just enforce our rights to terminate our accommodation contract unconditionally and ask the one to leave immediately, but also will report a crime or disturbance and claim for all damages accordingly.
【Reservation Notice】
- Failure to execute contract due to any reasons other than events of force majeure, we require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival (but processing fee will be charged), otherwise, we will charge you cancellation fee as below and the date is calculated from the scheduled arrival.
- 30% of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 13 to 10 days before your scheduled arrival.
- 50% of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 9 to 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
- 60% of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 6 to 4 days before your scheduled arrival.
- 70% of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 3 to 2 days before your scheduled arrival.
- 80% of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 1 day before your scheduled arrival.
- 100% of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes on your scheduled arrival or no show.
